On the Road to Quality with Benchmarking Best Practices: Learnings from the Trenches

To ensure the success of any strategy, measurement is key. Whether you are starting a metrics program or refining one, followed a structured best practice methodology can help you shorten your path to success.  A best practice methodology for metric program development will be discussed. This has been developed over working with clients for over 15 years. A clear road map will be shown that can be used across industries. Lessons learned from the trenches will be discussed. Examples will be drawn from over 15 years of experience in developing KPI’s, Executive Dashboards and aligning with the Baldrige Performance Excellence Criteria.  Various industries will be used as specific examples.

    Objectives:

    – Understand how to apply a structured road map to a Metrics Program Methodology

    – Know questions to ask in a review to evaluate your current Metrics Program

    – Be able to list best practices from Metrics Programs
